These Terms and Conditions apply between you, the User of this Website and Galileo Commerce N.V., the owner and provider of this Website. Galileo Commerce N.V. takes the privacy of your information very seriously.

These Terms and Conditions apply to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your use of the Website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

Members are advised to read and familiarise themselves with these Terms and Conditions. The Members use of the Services are governed strictly according to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are made available to each Member on the LottoChimp Website.

Use by a Member of the Services or Player Account offered by LottoChimp will automatically be taken to mean that the Member agrees to what is contained in these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and to be bound by them. If any Member does not agree to be bound by any of the Terms or Conditions contained herein, Members must not use our Website or Services.

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the contrary is specifically stated otherwise, the words and/or expressions set out below shall bare the following meanings:

Us, or we shall mean LottoChimp.

The draw shall mean the draw done or organised by the Lottery Operator.

The fee shall mean the sum of money paid by the member to participate in a Syndicate.

Free lines offer shall mean a promotional offer given to new members, once off, in a respective Syndicate without charge.

Lottery Operator shall mean the Companies responsible for conducting the respective Lottery and in respect of which a Member holds a Ticket.

Lottery offerings shall mean any Lottery which we offer to our Members.

Member shall mean any person who has been accepted by us for membership to a Syndicate and whose membership has not been terminated or suspended, whether permanently or temporarily. 

Member's account shall mean the account which each Member will hold with us and which records the specific Member’s data.

Pay-out shall mean any winnings as defined herein.

Privacy Policy shall mean the policy published by us in respect of the usage and storage of Members personal information, which is specifically incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Prize shall mean the value of the pay-out paid by the Lottery Operators for the winning tickets.

Registration shall mean the process of registering to become a Member in order to utilise our Services.

Services shall mean the organisation by us of the Lottery Syndicate.

Syndicates shall mean a group of Member’s participating in Draws together as part of a group specifically identified by a unique identification number allocated by us to all the Syndicates and in respect of which Member’s pay an agreed contribution.

The website shall mean the internet portal which is accessible at https://www.LottoChimp.com/#/, including any mobile Websites or platforms, which are operated by us or affiliates within the same or another domain or within the same or another brand.

Winnings shall mean any monies paid out by the Lottery Operator.

All references in these Terms and Conditions to words contained hereinabove shall bear the meanings specifically assigned to them, unless the context clearly requires a different understanding. Words used in one genus are to be understood in another genus as well.

We offer a premium Syndication service.

Syndication enables our Members to play the lotteries we offer, together, by buying several tickets at a shared cost and splitting any prizes won and as further described in these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Us and our Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

Lotto 6/49

Lotto 6/49 is one of three national lottery games in Canada. It was launched in 1982 and has become the local favourite. This lottery offers two prizes for each draw - the regular jackpot that starts at $5 Million, plus the guaranteed $1 Million prize every draw. To enter simply pick six numbers from a range of 1 to 49. Draws are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:30pm EST.

US Powerball

US Powerball is one of the biggest United States lottery games. Members must choose six numbers, five numbers between 1 and 69, and one "Powerball" number between 1 and 26. The Powerball can be the same as one of the first five numbers, as it is drawn from a separate number pool from the first five numbers. The official Powerball draws are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 22:59 ET in Florida, United States.

US Mega Millions

The US Mega Millions is a hugely popular multi-state draw that takes place twice a week. Players must choose six numbers from two separate pools of numbers - five different numbers from 1 to 70 (the white balls) and one number from 1 to 25 (the gold mega ball). The US Mega Millions draws happen every Tuesday and Friday at 11 pm EST. LottoChimp uses an Optimized Statistical Number Algorithm to select each Syndicate’s lucky numbers to increase the players odds of making a big win.  


EuroMillions is a European lottery operated in several territories within Europe by co-promoters of the EuroMillions game. The EuroMillions lottery shares a collective prize fund and has a common draw on Tuesday and Friday at around 7:45 pm (GMT). Players must choose seven numbers, with five main numbers between 1 and 50, and two lucky star numbers between 1 and 12. 

Lotto 6/49

We offer 3 Syndicate packages for Lotto 6/49:

  • Syndicate package 1 consists of 150 members, each Syndicate receives 75 lines per week, which amounts to 300 Syndicated lines per month. 
  • Syndicate package 2 consists of 100 members, each Syndicate receives 50 lines per week, which amounts to 200 Syndicated lines per month.  
  • Syndicate package 3 consists of 50 members, each Syndicate receives 25 lines per week, which amounts to 100 Syndicated lines per month. 

US Powerball

We offer 3 Syndicate packages for US Powerball:

  • Syndicate package 1 consists of 150 members, each Syndicate receives 75 lines per week, which amounts to 300 Syndicated lines per month. 
  • Syndicate package 2 consists of 100 members, each Syndicate receives 50 lines per week, which amounts to 200 Syndicated lines per month. 
  • Syndicate package 3 consists of 50 members, each Syndicate receives 25 lines per week, which amounts to 100 Syndicated lines per month. 

US Mega Millions

We offer 3 Syndicate packages for US Mega Millions:

  • Syndicate package 1 consists of 150 members, each Syndicate receives 75 lines per week, which amounts to 300 Syndicated lines per month. 
  • Syndicate package 2 consists of 100 members, each Syndicate receives 50 lines per week, which amounts to 200 Syndicated lines per month. 
  • Syndicate package 3 consists of 50 members, each Syndicate receives 25 lines per week, which amounts to 100 Syndicated lines per month.  

Irrespective of the Syndicate option chosen by the Member or the Syndicate the Member has been allocated to, the Member acknowledges that the odds of their Syndicate winning any of the lotteries we offer are the same as the odds published by the official lottery operators.

Our algorithm selects the required numbers for tickets which the Member receives. 


Each Member warrants always that:

  • They have read and understood the Terms and Conditions;
  • They are not under 18 years of age (under-age gambling is an offence);
  • They are not depositing monies originating from criminal and/or other un-authorised activities for an illicit purpose;
  • They will pay any taxes due on winnings;
  • They are not persons on the Excluded List;
  • The information by them at registration, payment or at any time thereafter is complete, accurate, and has not been stolen or misused;
  • They are at the time of utilising our services, not a director, officer, or employee (or their spouse or dependant) of LottoChimp or an affiliate company, contractor or service provider deemed by LottoChimp to be disqualified from participation in our services;
  • They are not restricted by limited legal capacity; and
  • They only have one Member Account with us.

Members need to register on our Website in order to use all our services. We reserve the right to refuse the registration for any person.

The Player may be required to provide the following data in the course of registration, purchase or pay-out of winnings:

  • Name;
  • Residential address;
  • Gender;
  • Date of birth;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Payment method data as well as other information relevant or necessary for the realisation of services provided by us.

We are not responsible for failure to pay-out due to non-compliance by a Member with a request to provide any data, or the provision of missing, incorrect, incomplete or expired data. We are under no obligation to verify any data provided to us and Members must always ensure that they provide correct or update data.

Members shall immediately inform us if their Bank Card or a comparable payment method, which they have provided on our Website, becomes lost, suspended or stolen.

We are entitled to request proof that a Member has authority to use any paying instrument which is linked to their account.

Members accounts

Members will provide an email address and a password in the course of registration. The Player may self-manage their data at any time through the relevant Player Account.

Members are not permitted to have more than one Account per Lottery Offering. If an additional account or accounts are or were opened by a Member and/or Payment details are used in multiple Member Accounts, we will be entitled, in our sole discretion, to close any such accounts without notice. We shall also be entitled to report any suspicious accounts or transactions to the relevant authorities in the Member’s region.

The Member must keep their Account data (username and password) in a safe place in order to prevent unauthorised access. The Member is responsible for all activities and transactions conducted through their Account.

Members can view their playing history under their Account profile.

Cancellation of membership by you

Cancelation of Membership must be facilitated through the Members bank or card provider. We do not accept liability for any account which a Member fails to cancel correctly.  

Members are required to notify us no less than 24 hours prior to the date of payment of the Membership fee that they wish to cancel. 

Cancellation of membership by us

We may cancel the membership in any of the following circumstances:

  • If Member’s fail to pay any membership fee on time, or if a Member commits a serious breach of these Terms;
  • If the Member does not meet our membership qualifications (see “Membership qualifications”, below); and/or
  • If we withdraw or substantially change LottoChimp.
  • If a member fails to provide their requested KYC documents when requested. 

Membership is open only to persons 18 years or over.

If we become aware that you are aged under 18 then we reserve the right to cancel your membership immediately.

We will not refund your membership fee for your current Syndicate or loaded credits due to administrative costs incurred and tickets having been paid and allocated, and you will not be entitled to any prize money from that respective Lottery Draw.

Our obligation to pay prize money to the Member is conditional upon us receiving the corresponding prize money from the respective Lottery Operator. If we do not receive the prize money for any reason, that does not arise from our negligence, then we will have no obligation to pay any corresponding prize money to the Member.

We will not be liable to Members (in contract, throughout, or otherwise) for any indirect or consequential loss, cost, loss of chance, loss of profit or special loss suffered by the Member.

We will not be liable where we have incorrectly recorded the Member’s preferred main numbers or where (other than as a result of our negligence) any tickets or entries are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Where we are liable to the Member under or in connection with these Terms, our aggregate liability to a Member in any year is limited to ten times the average monthly membership fee for that year. This limit does not apply in respect of any liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud.

We will typically contact the Member by email, but we may also contact a Member by telephone, using the contact details the Member has provided to us. It is the Member’s responsibility to inform us promptly if their email address or any of their other contact details change. 

Our Terms and Conditions are published on our website and may change from time to time. The new version of these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon the next visit or login on our website or on receipt of any emailed communication we send out to our Members email addresses, which contain links to our Terms and Conditions.

Our Members are deemed to have knowledge of any amendments made to our Terms and Conditions upon their next login to our site or upon receipt of an email from us.

The agreement between our Members and us (as the party purchasing the tickets on behalf of our Members) and with regards to the use of our Website and the offered services shall be governed in accordance with: 

  • These Terms and Conditions;
  • Our Privacy Policy; and
  • Any explanations and clarifications appearing on the Website.

We regard the agreement and its provisions as binding and fair.

We shall be entitled to deem a Member’s Account as inactive if more than one year has passed since the last transaction of the Member. We will notify the Member once their account is deemed inactive. 

Payment of the Membership fee shall be debited from the card provided by you at check out, depending on the payment option chosen, at the following recurring intervals:

Your membership will continue until terminated. To use our service, you must provide us with a valid Visa or Master Credit or Debit card.

Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation of Syndication membership fee").

We are so confident of your chances of winning with us that if the Members’ Syndicate does not receive any prize money within the first monthly draws for that Syndicate, we will (subject to members taking the steps set out below) return the monthly membership fee paid for that Syndicate into the membership account the members hold with us.  

Refunds of all purchases and/or payment of membership fees by credit and debit card shall be subject to the usual Terms and Conditions of the specific card issuers. We do not process any refunds and as such refunds must be sought from the card issuer. 

Prize money and proceeds

Following each Lotto draw, we will receive, in our own name, any prize money received on the lines played by the Member and then calculate the prize money to be paid to each Member in the Syndicate. The Syndicate Members pay-outs are calculated by totalling the prize money received for the Lotto draw and dividing it by the number of members for that Syndicate. We will always calculate the payment of any prize money to Members based on the prize money that would be payable by the lottery operator(s).

Please note, we are only able to pay prize money which is awarded in connection with the actual lottery draw, as published by the lottery operators. We will not receive, and cannot award, any prize money in connection with any draws, other than for a Jackpot draw for the specific Lotteries offered.

Payments to you

The prize money (as calculated above) won by Syndicate Members will be shared equally between all Members of the Syndicate and each Members proportion will be paid into their respective membership account (winnings wallet) held with us. These winnings are always subject to us receiving the prize money from respective Lottery operators. If any prize or share of such prize exceeds $100 000.00, Members will be notified telephonically. Withdrawal of any winnings from the Members account will be subject to the further terms and conditions contained herein.

We do not accept responsibility for any failure or inability to make payments to any Member, where the information supplied by the Member for such payment is incorrect, incomplete, or out of date.

Requested wins

After each draw, Members will receive automated email correspondence informing them of any winnings that the Syndicate has made. All wins are subjected to a minimum pay-out policy of $20 and more. If the amount is less than $20, then it will accrue online and carry over to the next month of play till the Member has reached $20.

Once Members have accumulated wins of $20 or more, they can request their wins through their online account under CASH WITHDRAWAL. If a Member's request is successful, we will pay wins into their bank account within 2 to 3 working days. We will require KYC documents for any Member who withdraws $20 000.00 or more from their winnings wallet. 

Players tax liabilities

Winnings are tax-free or non-taxable in many countries. The Member is primarily responsible for the correct payment of taxes, duties and levies.

In the event that we are required to pay any taxes, duties, or levies directly to the regulatory authorities of a country in respect of a Member’s winnings, then we shall be entitled to deduct those from the Member’s Account or claim them from the Member accordingly before any pay-out is affected.

Licensing and Registration

As we operate a lottery syndicate, rather than a lottery, we are not required to be regulated or authorised by the Gambling Commission. We are not required to be regulated by the Financial Services Authority, as the syndicates we operate are not an investment scheme.


All transactions including the payment of Winnings whether contractual or otherwise between our Members and us shall be deemed to be concluded and to take place in the region in which the ticket was purchased.

These Terms and Conditions, the relationship between Members and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.

Where these Terms and Conditions are published in several languages, the English version of these Terms and Conditions will supersede and take precedence over any conflicting elements with other languages.

The Members submit herewith to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curaçao courts in relation to all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

Internet gambling may be illegal in some jurisdictions, or its legality may be in doubt. Each Member acknowledges and accepts that we (as we and Galileo Commerce N.V.) cannot and do not give any legal advice or assurances or make any representation of any kind in respect of the legality of using our Services in the jurisdiction where the Member resides or is located. We will not be liable for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website or their respective services.

We are not connected or affiliated with any of the lottery operators.

Each of the conditions of these Terms operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.

Failure to insist that the Member performs any of their obligations under these Terms, or failure (or any delay) to enforce rights against the Member does not constitute a waiver of such rights and does not mean that the Member does not have to comply with those obligations. Our waiver of any default by the Member is only valid if in writing by us, and does not automatically waive any later default by the Member.

Nothing in these Terms shall be enforceable by any third party under the Contracts.  These Terms, and the Privacy Policy referred to hereinabove, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding in respect of your use of our Site and Service.

The website and offerings are operated under the Curacao Gaming License (license no 365/JAZ Sub0-License GLH-OCCHKTW0708272019) issued by the Central Government of Curacao, issued to Galileo Commerce N.V.

The Member is not permitted to transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.

The Member’s use of our Service and these Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao and the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

Any purported assignment, transfer, sub-contracting, delegation, charging or dealing in contravention of these Terms and Conditions or other Laws in force, by the Member shall be ineffective. These Terms and Conditions are personal to the Member and are entered by a Member for their own benefit and not for the benefit of any third party.

Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver, or any other, right or remedy. The waiver by us of any of its rights or remedies arising under these Terms and Conditions or by law shall not constitute a continuing waiver of that right or remedy or a waiver of any other right or remedy.

We believe gambling should be fun for all our Members. Obviously, things don’t always work out and a Member’s gambling may affect them and have a negative impact on their loved ones. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all our Members which helps them understand the risks and impact of gambling and methods to help, should they ever need it. 10 Free Lines Promotion

Our 10 Free Lines promotion is only available to all new Members and will be allocated prior to the payment of the Membership fee. The 10 Free Lines each Member receives are only valid once and will be entered the first draw the Members are eligible for. The 10 Free Lines promotion is subject to the further Terms and Conditions contained herein and specifically the minimum pay-out requirement.

Pop-up Promotions

These Terms will apply solely to new members who access pop-up banners, landing pages or advertisements through third party hosts. The following will apply:

1. The Promotion can only be redeemed once per lottery offering when Members purchase 300 lottery lines for either the EuroMillions, US Powerball or lotto 6/49 lottery.

2. Members receive 10 free lines welcome bonus and 50% off their membership for the duration of their membership.

3. Members have the option to pay either weekly or monthly.

The remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be applicable.

General Promotional Terms

By accepting any of our promotions, you agree:

- that we may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the promotion; and

- to receiving communication from us.

We reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the above promotions, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against us and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against us.

Every member participating in the above promotions shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
